Campus Connect NSW RPL is an independent third-party consultancy agency that provides administrative support and documentation preparation services for Recognition of Prior Learning applications. We are not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we do not provide training, and we do not issue qualifications or certificates. We act solely as a facilitator between clients and Registered Training Organisations. All assessment decisions and qualification outcomes are determined exclusively by the relevant RTO.
We do not guarantee successful RPL assessment outcomes, issuance of qualifications, processing timeframes, or employment results. Certification approval, rejection, or delays are entirely at the discretion of the Registered Training Organisation conducting the assessment. We are not responsible for decisions made by any RTO.
All fees paid to Campus Connect NSW RPL are for consultancy, document preparation, and administrative services only. Fees are strictly non-refundable once services have commenced. Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to, change of mind, unsuccessful RPL assessment, delays caused by RTOs, withdrawal of application, incomplete evidence submission, or rejection of application. Refunds will only be considered where required under Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Connect NSW RPL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for assessment outcomes, certificate cancellations, qualification suspensions, delays in processing, or employment consequences. Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for our consultancy services.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided to us are accurate, truthful, and genuine. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection, cancellation, or further action by the relevant RTO or regulatory authorities. You remain responsible for communicating with the RTO where required during the assessment process.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
